Billing Questions
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time from your dashboard. Your access continues through the end of the current billing period.
Is there a free trial for Pro?
Yes. When you upgrade to Pro, you get a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel before then at no cost.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards through our secure payment processor. We do not store your card details on our servers.
What happens if I downgrade from Pro to Free?
Your Pro features remain active until the end of your billing period. After that, your account reverts to Free limits. Any airports or trips beyond the Free limits will be paused, not deleted.
