Billing Questions
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Your access continues through the end of the current billing period.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. When you upgrade to Fast Pass, you get a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel before then at no cost.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards through our secure payment processor. We do not store your card details on our servers.
What happens if I downgrade?
Your paid features remain active until the end of your billing period. After that, your account reverts to Free limits. Any airports or trips beyond the Free limits will be paused, not deleted.
How does the Family Fast Pass work?
Family Fast Pass gives you all Fast Pass features plus the ability to invite up to 5 family members. Everyone shares the same watched airports and trips, but each member can set their own screening type and notification preferences. One bill, one account owner.
Can I switch between Fast Pass and Family Fast Pass?
Yes. You can upgrade from Fast Pass to Family Fast Pass or downgrade at any time. When upgrading, you only pay the difference for the current billing period. When downgrading, the change takes effect at your next renewal.
