- Usage data: pages visited, features used, and interactions with alerts.
- Device information: browser type, operating system, and IP address for security and analytics.
2. How We Use Information

- Provide and improve the GateReady service.
- Send you checkpoint disruption alerts via email or SMS based on your preferences.
- Process payments and manage your subscription.

3. SMS and Email Communications
GateReady requires explicit opt-in for all SMS and email alert communications. We will never send you SMS alerts unless you have specifically provided your phone number and opted in to receive them.
You can unsubscribe from SMS alerts at any time by replying STOP to any message, updating your notification preferences in your dashboard, or contacting support. You can unsubscribe from non-essential email communications using the unsubscribe link in any email.
Standard message and data rates may apply to SMS alerts. Message frequency varies based on the airports you watch and disruption activity.
4. Data Retention
We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal information within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or compliance purposes (such as billing records).
Aggregated, anonymized data that cannot identify you may be retained indefinitely for analytics and service improvement.
5. Third-Party Services
GateReady uses the following third-party services that may process your data:
- Twilio: for delivering SMS alerts. Your phone number is shared with Twilio when you opt in to SMS notifications. See Twilio's Privacy Policy.
- Stripe: for payment processing. Your billing information is handled by Stripe. See Stripe's Privacy Policy.
- Analytics: we may use analytics services to understand how users interact with our service. These services may collect anonymized usage data.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
