1. Service Description

GateReady is an independent advisory service that provides estimated airport security checkpoint wait times, disruption alerts, and related information. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the Transportation Security Administration (TSA), any airport authority, any airline, or any government agency.

Our estimates are derived from publicly available data, crowdsourced reports, and proprietary models. They are intended as general guidance only and should not be treated as official or guaranteed information.

2. No Guarantees

Wait time estimates, status indicators, and disruption alerts are approximate and provided on an "as is" basis. Airport security conditions can change rapidly due to staffing, security incidents, equipment issues, weather, and other factors beyond our control. We make no guarantee that our estimates will be accurate, timely, or complete.

You should always allow adequate time for airport security and follow the guidance of your airline and airport authority regarding arrival times.

3. Data Accuracy

While we strive to provide useful and reasonably accurate information, GateReady does not warrant the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any data presented through our service. Data may be delayed, incomplete, or outdated. We are not responsible for decisions made based on our data.

4. User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for your travel decisions, including when to arrive at the airport. GateReady provides advisory information only. You must not rely exclusively on our service for critical travel timing decisions.

You agree to provide accurate information when creating an account and to keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

5. Account Terms

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You may not use the service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the service. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

6. Billing

Certain features of GateReady require a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on the plan selected). You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods.

We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with reasonable advance notice. Price changes will not apply to the current billing period.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GateReady, its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the service. This includes, without limitation, damages for missed flights, travel delays, lost revenue, or any other travel-related losses.

Our total liability for any claim arising from use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid to GateReady in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through the service. Your continued use of GateReady after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
